LEED v4 ND Certified: Silver Level Plan

Located in the heart of Chomedey, Laval, the Val-Martin revitalization project is transforming a former social housing complex into a modern, inclusive, and sustainable neighborhood. More than 350 new social and affordable housing units, as well as a community center, have breathed new life into this area by providing diverse, high-quality spaces for its residents.

This vision has been realized with the achievement of LEED v4 Silver certification for neighborhood development (LEED v4 ND: Plan). This international recognition confirms that the project meets rigorous standards in urban planning, sustainable mobility, greening, and infrastructure quality.
