Mélanie Pitre

Mélanie Pitre is a construction engineering graduate with a master's degree in sustainable building and integrated management of CRD residual materials. She is an expert in sustainable development, resilience and adaptation to climate change, with over 20 years' experience in the field of sustainable building. She is also a LEED Fellow of the USGBG and holds several specialized certifications such as PA WELL and ENV SP.

With a career marked by large-scale project management, Mélanie has contributed to the LEED certification of dozens of projects, from interior design to neighborhood scale. She has also facilitated nearly 200 integrated design workshops. She is renowned for her expertise in integrating sustainability, health and well-being strategies into buildings, taking into account the entire life cycle of projects. Mélanie has successfully completed projects ranging from the design of new buildings to the management of existing building operations, always with a collaborative approach.

Her multi-disciplinary approach, combined with her ability to facilitate workshops and develop practical, resilient and sustainable solutions, enables her to effectively guide teams through complex sustainability certification and performance framework processes. Her expertise covers a wide range of certifications, including LEED, WELL, Envision and Zero Carbon Building, and she ensures that every project is optimized for best ESG performance.
