Cité Angus II

The architecture boasts a layered facade with a dual character. Where it meets the urban space, the rich materiality of the inner layer is revealed. Elsewhere, the outer layer recedes to create private, openwork spaces, animating the facade and the inner courtyard. This courtyard, the true heart of the project, is designed as a hub for interaction and connection, thanks to its flexible communal spaces. A sculptural staircase encourages active movement and facilitates access to the different levels, aligning with the WELL approach that prioritizes health and well-being.

Our vision for Cité Angus 2 is that of an innovative and sustainable living environment. The project aims for LEED Homes Gold certification and draws inspiration from WELL criteria, reflecting our commitment to human-centered and environmentally conscious architecture. Integrating these principles from the outset, selecting durable materials, and creating spaces that foster social interaction and physical activity are central to our approach. Cité Angus 2 exemplifies our expertise in designing quality living spaces that positively contribute to their neighborhood and the well-being of their residents.
