Bassin du Havre - Phases I, III et IV

B1

Our vision for this project was to create a dynamic and inclusive neighborhood, rooted in the site's history while embracing the future. The focus has been on quality of life, with an offering of affordable and social housing, accessible green spaces promoting relaxation and conviviality, as well as essential community services such as a school and a daycare center. The ground floors, enlivened by local shops, contribute to the neighborhood's vitality.

The architectural design is distinguished by the diversity of housing typologies and the integration of innovative community spaces. The rooftops are transformed into meeting places with multi-purpose rooms, vegetable gardens, and terraces offering breathtaking views. A landscaped inner courtyard provides a true haven of peace for residents. Throughout the project, particular attention has been paid to minimizing the ecological footprint, with the application of sustainable development strategies in all four construction phases.

This significant project was made possible through a collaborative approach and a commitment to social and environmental innovation. The initial phase of the "Bassins du Nouveau Havre" benefited from a successful collaboration with Atelier Raouf Boutros Architecte, whose expertise combined with our own laid the foundations for a visionary project. Simultaneously, the essential support of the Accès Logis and Accès Condo programs, applicable to different phases of the development, played a crucial role in promoting the creation of affordable and social housing within this new neighborhood. This partnership with key players, both in terms of architectural design and financing, demonstrates our ability to carry out complex projects with a strong social impact. "Les Bassins du Nouveau Havre" illustrates our commitment to designing complete and sustainable living environments, meeting the diverse needs of the community while contributing to urban revitalization.
