Aedifica, in consortium with Maurice Martel Architects, is proud to present Yoo Phase 2, an emblematic residential project that redefines the concept of luxury urban living in Griffintown, one of Montreal's most dynamic neighborhoods. This 22-story tower, comprising 186 residential units, is in line with the YOO by Starck concept, a brand recognized worldwide for its inspiring and design-driven living spaces.

Our architectural approach favored the creation of a "vertical village," where residents can enjoy an environment that is both intimate and community-oriented. The common areas, designed with meticulous attention to detail and noble materials, promote social exchange and interaction.

The project's integration into the urban fabric of Griffintown was a priority. The commercial promenade on the ground floor creates a fluid transition between the tower and the neighborhood, energizing street life and offering a new destination for residents and passersby.

Yoo Phase 2 embodies a vision of urban luxury that combines contemporary aesthetics, exceptional comfort, and a sense of community. This project contributes to Griffintown's rise as a leading residential and commercial district, where industrial history meets innovation and design.
