In 2017, Ædifica was pleased to collaborate with the firm Robic to rethink and modernize its work environment. Faced with teams spread across four separate floors, the main challenge was to create a unified and stimulating space on two levels, thereby fostering better communication and a more cohesive corporate culture. Our approach focused on creating an open, convivial, and naturally lit living environment, designed to meet the needs of a talented and dynamic workforce.

Our team's vision translated into an optimized layout of the area, allowing for the rejuvenation and modernization of the entire work environment. State-of-the-art collaboration spaces were strategically integrated, providing employees with high-performance tools for teamwork and innovation. At the same time, welcoming common areas were designed to encourage social interaction and strengthen the sense of belonging to Robic's corporate culture.

The new living environment is distinguished by its clean aesthetic, enhanced by the use of noble materials that give the space a distinctive elegance. Every detail has been considered to improve the user experience, creating an environment that is both functional, comfortable, and inspiring. Our expertise in designing human-centered work environments and our transdisciplinary approach have transformed a fragmented workspace into a place of synergy and creativity.
