Corporate EnvironmentCredit photos @davidboyer
Nestled within a new urban development, this insurance company’s headquarters embodies a fresh vision of the modern workplace: an environment that is welcoming, flexible, and profoundly human. Designed in close collaboration with the client, the project creates an atmosphere that is both warm and contemporary, prioritizing well-being alongside performance.

From the very first steps inside, visitors are greeted by a majestic staircase that rises through a double-height space, connecting the reception area to the executive floor. More than just a circulation element, this architectural feature acts as the project’s backbone—symbolically and physically linking teams while infusing the space with natural light and prestige.
The design embraces a “resi-mercial” aesthetic, blending the comfort of residential environments with the elegance of hospitality. Natural stone, wood, and abundant greenery establish a calming backdrop, while neutral tones accented with vibrant highlights bring energy and modernity. Far from traditional corporate austerity, the atmosphere is soft, inviting, and centered on well-being.
Every detail was carefully considered: high-performance acoustics, modular workspaces that encourage collaboration, and workstations bathed in natural light at every floor. The identity of the space is further enriched by colorful murals—selected by employee vote—that inject personality and dynamism throughout the offices.
The cafeteria serves as the social heart of the building, fostering connections across departments and offering a place to gather beyond the individual workstation.
Currently pursuing LEED and WELL certifications, the project demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and human-centered design. More than just an office building, it proposes a new way of working: more human, more harmonious, and more connected to the world outside.
