BRP - Research center Valcourt

BRP CDP Boyer Media 01

Following an incident that required the reconstruction of the central part of the building, BRP seized the opportunity to deeply rethink the synergy between its various business sectors. Our firm played a pivotal role in supporting the internal team in developing a new planning strategy, ushering in an era of transparency, openness, and collaboration. The innovative concepts developed were adopted and deployed throughout the research center, marking a significant turning point.

The architectural design focused on employee well-being. Each workstation and office was meticulously oriented to maximize natural light and offer soothing outdoor views. A fluid circulation path, punctuated by dynamic meeting spaces and concentration booths, fosters exchanges while preserving necessary privacy. The era of the standardized workstation is over; each space has been rethought to adapt to varied tasks and uses. The aesthetic choice, inspired by the existing industrial character, highlighted raw and authentic structural elements, creating a work environment that is both dynamic and inspiring.

Our multidisciplinary expertise, encompassing exterior architecture, interior design, engineering, and tender assistance, allowed for an integrated and coherent approach, delivered in successive phases. This project not only optimized operations and functionality but also significantly improved user experience and well-being. The success of this collaboration has solidified our partnership with BRP, entrusting us with other major developments, testifying to the lasting impact of our achievements.
