Rosanne Dubé

A graduate of McGill University in Architecture and Architectural Science, Rosanne Dubé also holds a Master of Science in Built Heritage Conservation from the University of Pennsylvania. Rosanne is a member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec and holds LEED BD+C accreditation.

With 30 years' experience in the public and private sectors in Canada and the United States, she has led ambitious projects such as the interior renovation of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, and the strategic transformation of the work environment for CBC/Radio-Canada, the National Bank of Canada, Groupe Desjardins and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

Her expertise includes workplace strategy, change management and office space design. For Rosanne, work environments must not only meet the multiple needs of users and the evolving needs of organizations, but also support innovation and performance at work by facilitating daily activities, prioritizing employee well-being and thus contributing to work-life balance.

Rosanne has led numerous large-scale work environment transformation and interior design projects for clients in the financial services, law, pharmaceutical and technology sectors, including JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, Rio Tinto, Novartis, Sandoz, Ubisoft and Apple.

As Vice President Work Environment at Ædifica, Rosanne Dubé is a driver of change, contributing to innovation and the creation of inspiring, functional workspaces adapted to today's challenges.
