Aedifica is proud to have led the transformation of Locoshop Angus, an emblematic project that has breathed new life into the former locomotive repair shops of Canadian Pacific in Montreal. This ambitious project has converted this historic industrial site into a dynamic economic hub, offering multifunctional spaces adapted to the needs of today's businesses.

Our approach was to harmoniously blend the site's industrial heritage with contemporary and sustainable architecture. We showcased the period architectural elements, witnesses to the site's industrial past, while integrating modern solutions to create bright, flexible, and efficient spaces.
Locoshop Angus stands out for its commitment to sustainability. From the earliest stages of design, ecological strategies were implemented to minimize the project's environmental impact. This innovative approach has enabled Locoshop Angus to become the first ecological industrial building in Canada, an inspiring example of successful conversion.
This project illustrates our ability to transform abandoned industrial sites into attractive places to live and work, creating economic, social, and environmental value. Locoshop Angus is a symbol of urban renewal and a model of sustainable development for the future.
