Cogeco - 6

Our team metamorphosed formerly partitioned and dark offices into an open and bright space, fostering fluidity and communication among employees. The layout revolves around a sculptural central staircase, a true guiding thread connecting the reception to a convivial bistro designed as an informal gathering point. The six quadrants that make up the space are distinguished by a unique color palette, facilitating orientation and giving each zone its own identity.

Cogeco's new vision for the workspace is reflected in a multitude of ultramodern collaboration areas. From intimate "meeting pods" to dynamic café zones, these spaces encourage interaction and teamwork. The integration of noble and warm materials, such as the fluted wood walls, recalls the local heritage and the conviviality of Quebec traditions, creating a biophilic and welcoming atmosphere. The central tree, around which the staircase elegantly wraps, symbolizes family, a fundamental value of Cogeco, and visually and spatially connects the two levels.

Ædifica's expertise in workplace design was instrumental in the success of this project. Our transdisciplinary approach integrated a deep understanding of Cogeco's values into a coherent and engaging spatial concept. By transforming a traditional office space into an agile, bright, and well-being-focused environment, we helped strengthen the company's brand identity and create a place where employee collaboration and fulfillment are at the heart of the work experience. Cogeco's new headquarters is thus a faithful reflection of its heritage and a dynamic platform for its future.
