Ædifica was tasked with transforming these new offices into a space that embodies the spirit of the game and celebrates CCM's legacy. The primary challenge was to create an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation, while reflecting the company's identity and values within a more compact space.

The design was structured around the existing architecture, particularly the central oculus, which was integrated as a focal point. A central area reminiscent of an ice rink was created as a hub, symbolizing the heart of the game and the team's energy. Surrounding this central space, the various departments, from the R&D LAB to customer service, were arranged to promote team synergy and seamless communication.

Ædifica's expertise in commercial environment design and graphic communication enabled the translation of CCM's brand image into every detail of the layout. From architectural elements to brand walls and the central play area, every aspect was designed to create a cohesive and inspiring space.

Close collaboration with CCM and the Montoni Group was essential to complete this project within tight deadlines. Ædifica understood the client's needs and translated them into a functional and aesthetically pleasing design.
