The Simons Campus

Two distinct environments and a coherent whole

Campus Simons INT Stephane Groleau 743

Inspired by the fashion industry, the architectural concept unfolds around the themes of modeling and weaving, subtly evoked by an interlaced thread motif adorning the exterior walls. The large two-story atrium, the true heart of the offices, welcomes employees and visitors in a bright and convivial space, clad in warm ash wood slats, a nod to Simons' Quebec heritage. This atrium serves as a central meeting point, facilitating access to the various work and collaboration spaces.

The Simons Campus was designed to meet the diverse needs of employees, offering a range of amenities, including a welcoming bistro with an outdoor terrace. Bioclimatic design principles guided the building's orientation to optimize indoor comfort through solar gain. Particular attention was also paid to the selection of renewable and environmentally friendly materials, as well as the overall energy performance of the building. This project illustrates our commitment to creating work environments that not only support our clients' business objectives but also promote the well-being and engagement of their teams, in accordance with sustainability principles.
