These projects add to an already impressive portfolio. Ædifica has played a pivotal role in the urban revitalization of Technopôle Angus, Canada’s first LEED ND-certified project. In partnership with the Angus Development Corporation, the firm provided architectural design and sustainable development services for multiple buildings, including the restoration of Locoshop Angus, the CLSC Rosemont, and 4100 Molson, the first LEED CS-certified building in Quebec.
