8 July, 2024
Once again this year, we are committed to stepping up our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, promote social inclusion and strengthen our governance practices. As an architectural firm, we have the unique privilege and responsibility of helping to shape a sustainable and resilient future for generations to come. Together, working in partnership with our clients, colleagues and communities, we are determined to meet these challenges with integrity, creativity and determination.

At a time when ESG challenges are of major concern on a global level, our firm is more determined than ever to play a significant role in creating a sustainable future. As guardians of the urban landscapes and spaces that shape our daily lives, we recognize our responsibility to design solutions that not only meet our clients’ needs, but also respect our planet and its inhabitants.
2023 Highlights
CO2 emissions per employee
71% reduction compared with 2017.
A responsible environmental footprint
Our ESG strong suit is undoubtedly the monitoring of our impact on all aspects of sustainable development, whether positive or negative. Everything is measured and communicated, with complete humility.
1,437,893 m2
Our portfolio now totals 120 projects that have obtained or are aiming for a recognized sustainable development certification.
Hybrid work: a driver for reduction
Hybrid work has reduced our carbon footprint by 46 tonnes of CO2 eq by 2023.
53% of our employees are women
Representing a 1% increase over 2022
Health and well-being
Our employees’ perceived state of physical health has increased by 6% compared to 2022. This improvement is due in part to the implementation of our health and wellness policy, which 96% of employees welcomed,
and to the quality of the meals served to them every day, which satisfied 100% of both male and female employees.
The past year has seen significant progress in sustainable development, but many challenges remain, such as the direct impacts of climate change like extreme weather events, biodiversity loss and ecosystem degradation, and social and economic inequalities. This is why 2024 will be a crucial year for implementing the climate change and ecosystem restoration commitments that have
been made.
