Sustainability – the thread that binds us

As a service woven through our entire organization, we practise a holistic approach to sustainability.

We have a long and proud history of driving sustainability through our projects. Over this period – spanning more than 20 years - we have developed a vast range of services to meet the expanding needs of our clients.

And as we progress within the battle to fight climate change, we have positioned sustainability at the core of our organization – as the driver of our business model and the inspiration for our purpose and vision - enabling us to support our clients along any point of their journey to climate positivity.

It is our holistic approach – across the entire planning, designing, and building processes - that our strength in sustainability is drawn from. This enables us to address all of our clients’ challenges, whether they be environmental, impact-focus, CSR related, or financial. Our sustainability practise offers comprehensive services across the visioning, planning, designing, and construction phases of any project.

In adddition we study and analyze energy & water consumption, the ecological footprint of materials, waste management, air quality, thermal comfort, lighting, acoustics, and ergonomics.

How we bridge your ESG goals to a plan of action →

1. Align ESG Strategy with Corporate Strategy

Align organizational purpose, mission, and vision, with ESG ambitions.

2. Build plan to achieve targets

- Audit the organization and accumulate ‘full-scope’ carbon emissions data - identify existing footprint and categories of emissions.

- Based on data, build decarbonization plans on a per category and per lever basis.

- Identify risks and build risk-mitigation plans.

3. Socialize, implement, and govern

- Socialize ambitions and plans – drive through and rally entire organization.

- Build sub-teams for per category roadmaps and implementation.

- Establish governance and reporting structures on a per category basis laddering up to overarching organizational goals.

4. Report & celebrate

- Acknowledge preliminary findings and adopt compensatory measures as needed.

- Produce an official ESG criteria statement and proudly communicate its performance to stakeholders.

- Go further and set new, bolder targets.
