We work alongside cities, local municipalities, regional county municipalities and other public bodies in planning the development of their territory, through strategic planning exercises, territorial diagnostics and regulatory tools aimed at healthy growth and sound management of urbanization.

We work alongside transportation agencies and municipal bodies on major projects, from planning through to the design of road, transit and active transportation facilities and infrastructure, in support of sustainable mobility.
Urban and landscape design
We work alongside transportation agencies, municipal bodies and real estate developers on the planning and design of urban and landscape interventions that enhance the value of properties and respond to the dynamics of the surrounding environment.
Real estate development
We work alongside public bodies and private stakeholders in assessing the development potential of their property, and in designing and obtaining approvals for projects that strengthen communities, diversify the housing supply and bring services closer to the people who live there.
Economic development
We work alongside municipal bodies in defining an economic development vision for their territory, notably through potential assessment, needs analysis and the alignment of supply with demand, in order to shape the strategies and policies to be put in place.
Consultation and public participation
We work alongside public bodies and private stakeholders in leading participatory, advocacy and information activities aimed at dialogue, consensus building and stakeholder buy-in on a range of subjects, including visions, diagnostics, action plans and development projects.
Litigation
We work alongside public bodies in litigation matters, notably through the preparation of expert reports and other planning opinions, as well as negotiation and appearance as an expert witness before the Tribunal administratif du Québec, with a view to resolving disputes between parties.
