Aedifica played a key role in the design of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) House in Montreal, a large-scale complex that combines technical prowess with a commitment to sustainable development. This ambitious project created a work and exchange environment befitting ICAO's mission, while integrating harmoniously with Montreal's International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) district.

The complex, comprising an office tower and a state-of-the-art conference center, is distinguished by its bold architecture and innovative structure, which spans the Ville-Marie expressway. This technical feat minimized the impact on underground infrastructure and met the most stringent requirements for vibrations.

Aedifica placed paramount importance on creating bright, flexible, and comfortable interior spaces, promoting the well-being of occupants. The project was also a pioneer in environmental performance, achieving LEED-EB Gold certification, a first in Canada for an existing building.

ICAO House is now a symbol of modernity and sustainability, a place where architectural innovation serves an international organization and its ambitious goals.
