Rosanne Dubé, Architect, LEED AP: International Experience and Best Practices

A McGill graduate with nearly 30 years of international experience, including 11 years in New York and 13 years with Gensler, Rosanne has an impressive track record of directing large-scale architecture and interior design projects for North American and international clients seeking to adopt best practices in design, as well as in the adoption of new technologies and new ways of working. Within this consulting firm, her expertise was instrumental in the design strategy of several major clients such as Desjardins, CBC/Radio-Canada, Caisse de Dépôt et placement du Québec and Banque Nationale, where she was able to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring a high-performance, sustainable work environment conducive to well-being and collaboration.

Raphaëlle Parenteau, Interior Designer, LEED AP: Master of Service and Manager Emeritus

With nearly 20 years' experience, Raphaëlle combines a background in private practice, various academic contributions and two master's degrees (Planning and Architecture), in addition to her training in Interior Design. An experienced strategist and practitioner, she contributes to the overall direction of projects, and oversees their completion, with uncompromising respect for budget, schedule and quality standards.

As Workplace Director, Raphaëlle oversees all phases of projects, managing a team of designers, project managers, technicians and other specialists. This agile approach guarantees complete supervision and customized support, from initial planning to project delivery.
