The project was delivered in "Design-build" mode with a fixed price and a "Turnkey" formula, demanding unparalleled precision in management where no cost or schedule deviation was tolerated. We faced significant challenges, including a difficult construction market that imposed tight deadlines for component fabrication and in-progress plan adjustments due to the arrival of new tenants.

Our methodology was characterized by exemplary agility and promptness in facing unforeseen events. Our team coordinated the entire process, from preliminary studies and zoning verification with the City, to the production of final plans and tender follow-up. Rigorous management of document production was essential to avoid any fabrication delays and ensure adherence to established milestones. Although continuous site supervision was not initially planned, our firm was able to assign on-demand supervision, validating progress and managing deficiencies. This expertise in schedule and team management allowed us to consistently meet temporal and budgetary objectives.
