As part of the development of the Royalmount center, Ædifica was commissioned by Diptyque Paris to assist with the creation of its very first boutique in the new beauty space: Rennai. Designed by Diptyque's design team, the project is based on their signature concept, which we helped to implement locally.

Ædifica acted as project architect and retail consultant, providing strategic support for the development of the façade, the refinement of certain interior details, technical coordination, and site supervision. At the same time, our teams provided electrical and plumbing services, as they did for other Royalmount stores such as Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté.

The project was developed in close synergy with the overall design of the Rennai beauty space, in collaboration with Carbon Leo, to ensure seamless integration between the shop-in-shops and common areas. Architectural adjustments were made throughout the process to harmonize the facades of the Diptyque stores as well as those of Le Labo and Hermès, for which we were also the architects.

This cross-functional coordination ensured a smooth alignment between Rennai's work and that of the various tenants, guaranteeing a coherent and refined architectural experience. With a surface area of 468 square feet, the Diptyque Royalmount boutique reflects both the elegance of the brand and the precision of execution of an international project on a complex site with multiplayers.
