Balanciaga - Royalmount

Working in consortium with Neuvio Architects, the brand's designated partner, Ædifica acted as local architectural support, providing technical coordination, permit applications, site supervision, and liaison with the developer Carbonleo. Our team also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services, ensuring that the systems complied with local standards while meeting the brand's specific requirements.

The project was carried out in an international context, bringing together Balenciaga Paris, Balenciaga New York, Neuvio Architects, and Italian furniture manufacturers. The latter custom-made the interior walls, facades, display lighting, and all interior fittings. The brand's installation teams were sent on site to support the general contractor in the complete implementation of the furnishings: carpets, benches, sofas, etc.

Recognized as a preferred supplier for Balenciaga, Ædifica was able to integrate effectively into this demanding collaborative structure, bringing its local expertise to ensure compliance and smooth execution of a highly complex international project.
