Our long-standing collaboration with Avril Supermarché Santé demonstrates our commitment to supporting visionary brands in the realization of their commercial spaces. With the new Avril located in Centre Laval, we had the privilege of designing their largest store to date, a 43,000 sq ft space that redefines the natural grocery experience. Since our first collaboration in 2007, each new Avril store has been an opportunity to innovate and enhance the customer experience, and this project in Laval is no exception.

Our vision for Avril Laval was to create a place that combines the abundance of a large supermarket with the warm and human atmosphere of a neighborhood organic store, all within an eco-responsible environment. The Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic contributes to an ambiance that is both clean and invigorating. This new store stands out with the integration of unique elements, such as an automated vertical farm, a true greenhouse integrated into the sales area to cultivate fresh microgreens throughout the year.

At the heart of the store, a central and convivial gourmet area invites culinary discovery. A counter of gastronomic ready-to-eat dishes, a first for Avril, as well as a 170-seat bistro (indoor and terrace) offer a gathering and tasting place. The in-store signage has been designed to effectively guide customers and celebrate the quality, freshness, and abundance of Avril products. This project illustrates our expertise in creating commercial spaces that not only meet the functional needs of our clients but also strengthen their brand identity and offer a memorable and inspiring shopping experience.
