Ædifica welcomes David Kepron as its new leader for both retail and hospitality practices

David brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, having previously held leadership positions at Marriott International and Little Architecture & Design. With more than three decades of experience as a commercial architect, David applies a unique and multifaceted creative approach to his work. It is his insatiable curiosity and energetic spirit that drives his pursuits as a published author, energetic podcaster, passionate educator, and international speaker.

The team is particularly excited for the fresh perspective David brings in understanding the science behind human behaviour.
