Since 1983, his specialized expertise in phased construction using the accelerated method and in construction design, as well as his knowledge of real estate strategy, have led Michel Languedoc to direct, as senior associate (as part of a consortium), the execution of prestigious projects such as the UQAM’s Pierre-Dansereau science complex, the expansion of the Montréal Convention Centre, the Canadian Museum of Civilization and, as part of a public/private partnership, the building of L’Adresse symphonique.

His ability to master complex technologies and the care with which he incorporates them into his activities have proven to be essential qualities, enabling him to successfully complete projects that are unique, not only by their nature but by their scope.
