Ædifica is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team!

Conduct research and identify potential projects (Seao, MERX, etc.).
Analyze Request for Proposal documents and coordinate with the concerned parties.
Draft, coordinate and ensure the smooth implementation of service proposals.
Organize and update the database containing various documents (project files, CVs, presentation texts, etc.).
Correct, translate and ensure the quality of business documents.
Carry out informational research related to the preparation of proposals and other documents.
Ensure that documents (specifications, proposals, tables, letters, etc.) are produced in keeping with the highest technical writing and editing standards, in a timely manner, in English and French.
Ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld in documents produced for service proposals, both in terms of form and content.
Carry out any other administrative tasks for service proposal processes and office operations to run smoothly.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
University degree in administration, marketing, communication, or other equivalent training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in spoken and written English and French
Strong writing skills and ability to see the big picture
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, design or professional services
Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Sound judgment, initiative, versatility and adaptability
